"We have been with Paulen Luttgeharm state farm for over 20 years and most of her team is great .However there is one team member that has terrible customer service skills. With that being said we have canceled service. I would like to say that team member "Tori" and " Amelia" are great! And seem to really enjoy there jobs."

"Since my very first experience at this location, I have had nothing but great experiences. Sonja is who I always ask for because I always felt as though she put her all into her efforts to be helpful. I have insured close to 8 vehicles and a boat through her thus far over the past 11 years and I am actually looking at another truck that we already have the quote built and saved if the sale goes through this Wednesday. There were times when I couldn't catch Sonja in the office (but not often) for whatever reason, but someone always seem to do their best to help out. Nothing but positive things to say about this agency. I have been living in another city 1.5 hours away for 5 years now but choose to keep my business with them. As always, thanks Sonja."
