"I'm just here because it says that they open at 8:30 but, every time I call between 8:30-9:00 they're not open so they open at 9:00"

Our office doors do open at 8:30am and we are available for walk-in customers beginning at that time. Our telephone system remains connected to our 24 hour Good Neighbor service until 9:00am. This gives our team time to get into the office, get our computers and systems up and running, review any messages received overnight, and process any payments left in our overnight drop box.
While our phones switch over to our office at 9:00am, we are open and happy to assist anyone who comes into the office beginning at 8:30am.

"I needed a proof of insurance letter sent to West Monroe City court and went to my State Farm Office. Claire was so helpful and kind. I wasn't expecting the letter until next week as today is Friday and it was close to lunch when i went by.Its 3:55 p.m. and Claire has already sent the letter.
